Core Technology 1: Soft Sealing VOCs Zero Emission System for Oil Storage Tanks: Mainly used on floating roof oil storage tanks to achieve zero VOCs gas emissions. The system mainly uses soft unorganized VOCs sealing and end control protection. The soft components are made of high-strength flexible composite film sealing materials by hot melt welding. Equipped with an intrinsically safe oil and gas conversion device, it reduces the oil and gas concentration inside the soft sealing component, improves the risk resistance of the VOCs zero emission device, and achieves zero VOCs emissions. Currently, there are no other similar products with a market share of 100%; This technology is completely independently developed and currently at the leading level in China, with a market share of over 95% for related products.
Core Technology 2: Magnetoelectric Coagulation Technology: This technology adopts static mixing, magnetoelectric coalescence, and filtration separation. After dehydration, the water content is low and can reach below 500ppm. The desalination rate is high, and the static mixer is not easy to block. Magnetic electric agglomeration is not afraid of pollution and blockage. The filter separator uses stainless steel mesh coated with oleophilic materials, with large mesh holes that are not easy to block. At present, there are two similar products in the market, with a market share of 30%. The technology source is independent research and development.
